Will a high-level IT professional be on-site weekly?

Yes. It is our True North Principle. You will see us every week or every other week depending on your needs. We believe the remote heavy IT model is lame. It does not work. We do not send low or mid-level IT people on-site on a regular basis. Only our DOIT (Director of IT) goes on-site regularly.

A DOIT has over 10 years of high level IT experience. Because a DOIT is a high level position our model has proven they are a long term position. Our customers do not have the revolving door of IT people.

Most companies deal with new IT people all the time. It is frustrating and not efficient for anyone. So you will enjoy the same person for a long, long time having ownership of your IT environment.

Do you help with office moves?

Yes. Are you planning a new office build? Planning on moving to a new space? We'll help with the process. Our monthly services include partnering with you to help design your new network, ensure proper layout for network ports and power, and even do the dirty work of setting up all PC's and related tech.

Will I get a revolving door of low-level techs at my office?

No. You know the drill. You finally get used to your IT tech and have explained your workflows when suddenly they are gone and a new, more green tech waltzes into your office. Most IT service companies play musical chairs. As long as they can send a warm body, they are satisfied.

At Limetree Labs, our clients get a dedicated Director of IT who works proactively to secure your network and create efficiencies for your business. Your DOIT will be on-site at your office regularly.

Does your monthly service include company-wide IT training?

Yes. Did you know that while employees are your greatest asset, they are also your greatest security risk? Whether its accidental or intentional introduction of malware, people represent the single most important point of failure in terms of security vulnerabilities. Once a year IT trainings are simply not enough. Consistently updating employees with the latest security vulnerabilities and training them on how to recognize and avoid them is critical.

What happens if our server goes down completely? How can Limetree restore our server to the state that it was in prior to it going down?

If your server goes down completely, we have you covered. Backing up your server is part of our service. All data and information on the server is safe. We have invested in and pay for co-location space. This means your server data and information is saved redundantly. You will always have a copy and it will never be lost. We have also invested in and pay for monitoring. We will always know the health of your server.

Do you negotiate with Internet companies to get us a better deal on an Internet package?

Absolutely. We contact and work with your vendors in anything IT related. We do this as we speak the same language and know for a sure if you are getting a good deal.

Do you require we sign a long term contract?

No, we don't do contracts. We just focus day-in and day-out on providing outstanding service to our clients. Instead of locking you into insane 1-year contracts—we offer proactive, timely IT services for your company.

Do you handle and deal with 3rd party IT vendors?

Yes. If you've spent hours on the phone with a software, hardware, or phone system vendor, you know the pain. Let us take care of that for you. Many Managed IT Service providers simply will not partner with vendors, leaving you to fend for yourself. Talk about a headache and bad use of your time! We partner with all of your IT vendors including phones and printers to solve any issue that comes up.

Are Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) included in my monthly service?

Yes. Reviewing risks and opportunities several times per year is a must to protect your business. At Limetree Labs we are proactive with your IT environment. Your dedicated IT Director will schedule and complete a business review every quarter.
