Beyond Office 365, Limetree Labs also offers enhanced SPAM protection services at an additional cost for those who want to cutdown on the noise of unwanted emails and an easy to use system for white listing and blacklisting senders. For customers who also need long-term retention without the mess of handling local files or bloated mailboxes, Limetree Labs also offers archiving and backup services for Office 365 mailboxes at an additional cost.
Office 365 Product Overview
Limetree Labs provides Office 365 licensing and migration services for companies who want to move into the cloud for email services. The migration process includes a series of tools that allows us to stage all existing email data in the cloud and schedule a hard cutover. These tools allow us to provide a one-time cutover for all users, minimizing the impact to your staff. The migration process includes support for repointing Outlook at Office 365, instructions and support for reconfiguring email on mobile devices, and ongoing support of the Office 365 tenant.
What is needed for a migration?
In order to provide migration services, Limetree Labs will work with you to obtain all information required to complete the migration. This typically includes obtaining end-user information (email address and password), scheduling an onsite visit for cutover (if necessary), and access to the company’s public domain for changing DNS MX records. We will send you a questionnaire to help manage the information related to the migration.
