How are you faring with everything that’s going on? Our customers are still holding court over video conference, caring for animals, and delivering supplies to the front lines. Limetree Labs is helping keep that engine running. Work from home is the new norm.
Work From Home Is The New Norm
So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
- Ensuring all of our clients have the ability to work from home.
- Checking that all client windows 10 versions are up to date with the most recent version release.
- Helping a customer find a webcam in stock to order. Suddenly everyone is needed webcams to work from home.
- Migrating data for a client from on-site to Sharepoint Online for cloud accessibility.
- Working to make sure all new users are getting outstanding tickets from their previous IT provider closed and taken care of.
- Picking up hardware from a previous IT provider for one of our new customers. This is all part of our Premium Service where we do the work and let our customers focus on their business.
- Completing our SDC for April—this is our Service Delivery Calendar given to the entire LTL org to ensure we are serving our customers to the max.
