Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week we are welcoming a new employee at Limetree Labs. Welcome onboard the Lime Train, Jared Randall! Chadd is training users on Sharepoint Online.
The Lime Train, Sharepoint Online
- Chaden is working on migrating users off of a temporary server to increase the efficiency of all user’s workflows, closing tickets, and cleaning up our customer database so that all users are accounted for and we have correct contact information for them.
- Audit week for Ryan to review and clean up our customer licensing and tools.
- He will be in the SLC this week to help a customer complete their transition to a new phone system and do some network cleanup.
- This week, he’ll also be helping onboard LTL’s newest employee.
- We have a new employee at Limetree Labs. Bobby will be working to get Jared Randall onboard the Lime Train.
- We are working on our tools to make them more efficient, so we can spend more time helping our customers.
- Bobby is putting together some binders for all of our roles at LTL. It will help move our processes forward. We believe in the 3 P’s at LTL: PEOPLE. PROCESS. PRODUCT.
- Chadd is working on a disaster recovery plan.
- He’ll also be training users on Sharepoint Online.
- Caleb is working on helping some customers’ warranty products, including coordinating on-site repairs with a Dell technician.
- He’ll be following up on orders and working on procuring equipment for customers.
