Is anyone else having a hard time accepting that 2021 ends in 4-days . . . or is that just us?
Our office will be closed on Friday, December 31st, and will reopen Monday, January 3rd, 2022. With that being said, even though our office is closed, we are still here for you! If you are needing IT help, just make sure to Squeeze the Lime, and if urgent, an on-call technician will respond as soon as possible.
For this week, we are continuing the onboarding of our new customers! New customer onboarding is a 3 weeklong process. From software migrations, equipment auditing/set ups, security management and much more, we want to make sure the transition from your old IT is as seamless as possible. We take our time and care to make sure that nothing is missed or overlooked!
We also wanted to give a shoutout to our Service Delivery team! Over the past week they have maintained a 0 in the service desk queue. We are so grateful to our employees and how hard they work to keep our customers happy and functioning!
