Welcome to another edition of The Lime Report where we’re sharing some highlights of what we’re working on this week at Limetree Labs. Curious what your favorite Boise IT services company is up to?

• Yesterday a customer lost a super important file that she needed right at that moment, so Ryan hopped on immediately and recovered it for her. Crisis averted!
• Working on a server lifecycle project for a client; replacing outdated servers and network infrastructure.
• Chadd is helping a client complete a large IT Policies questionnaire to meet requirements for one of their large clients.
• Deploying phone system analytics internally to keep our focus on serving clients quickly.
• Bobby is speaking to a Boise State University business class and telling the story of why we started Limetree Labs Boise IT services.
• And, most excitedly: we are putting together an onboarding timeline and strategy for a new client. (More on this soon…LTL is expanding to a new location!)
