Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Chadd is fixing a SQL server at a customer to improve performance. Chaden is helping a customer get squared away with working from home as new COVID restrictions are put back in place.
SQL Server Performance Enhancements and More
- Chadd is fixing the bad performance of a SQL server.
- He’s also setting up a new multi-function printer for a customer.
- Caleb is updating machines and setting up new machines.
- He’s also working on customer procurement.
- This week, he’s following up with getting new equipment on-site and installed as it comes in.
- Bobby started off the week with a new employee group at a customer. Last week, we set up all the users in prep for the training. We were there to make sure all users were up and running and all applications were accessible. We’ll do whatever it takes to help our customers get work done without IT frustration.
- Bobby is working on a webcam set up for a conference room.
- He’ll be following up on two new leads this week. He says, “I love getting new customers and taking the stress out of their life with IT problems.”
- Chaden is helping a customer get squared away with working from home as new COVID restrictions are put back in place.
- He’ll be focusing on tickets and responding quickly so that you know that we are helping you!
- He’s working with multiple vendors to solve IT problems that a couple of our customers are facing. We like taking the hassle out of working with 3rd party vendors by contacting them for you!
Energy is high this week and we have an amazing amount of projects and tasks getting done. Feedback from customers continues to blow us away. Our customers are happy and going the extra mile is paying off. There is no need to be frustrated with your IT. We are here for you!
