Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week, Chadd is deploying an appointment SMS reminder service for a customer. Bobby is working on our internal reporting for everything we do in LTL. We make sure our internal reporting is in the ‘excellence’ category to ensure that all of our customers are running smoothly with no outstanding issues.
SMS Appointment Reminder, Internal Reporting
- Chadd is deploying an appointment SMS reminder service for a customer.
- He’s also reviewing a corporate security policy to meet a compliance request.
- Chaden is working on tickets and taking phone calls to ensure our customers are heard AND taken care of!
- Caleb is prepping and installing new machines for clients, refreshing machines, scheduling pickup of used equipment, and procuring new equipment and scheduling installation.
- This week Bobby is working on our internal reporting for everything we do in LTL. We make sure our internal reporting is in the ‘excellence’ category to ensure that all of our customers are running smoothly with no outstanding issues.
- He’s also working with Caleb this week on procurement to make sure we are getting all the equipment installed and set up for our customers.
- He’s sending out invoices this week—we are so grateful for our customers.
- And, finally, he’s working on sending out more gift boxes to our customers. Our customers love the screen cleaner we give them. Keeping IT Fresh by keeping the screens clean.
- Ryan is assisting a client with defining Microsoft Intune policies for their different business groups.
- He’s configuring a client’s Cradlepoint device to add an extra layer of internet redundancy for their office.
On to another great week at LTL. Last week, we met our Service Excellence Goal by getting our service ticket count down to 3! Great job Chaden and team!
