Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week, Chadd is scoping a migration from a failing document management system to Sharepoint Online. Bobby is working on our ticket process—continuing to refine it like fine wine. The ‘Labs’ in LTL means we are in a continuous improvement cycle. We simply never stop tweaking, refining, and making things better.
Sharepoint, LTL Ticket Process
- Ryan is finishing up a client-server migration to de-provision old VMware and 2003 servers. (De-provisioning is a security process that removes access of a system to an end-user.) The team will be cleaning up the client’s server room to label, consolidate, and remove old hardware.
- He will continue with the trend of phone system migration for two more clients.
- Chadd is scoping a migration from a failing document management system to Sharepoint Online.
- He is also deploying DNS security services for a customer.
- Bobby is working on our ticket process—continuing to refine it like fine wine. The ‘Labs’ in LTL means we are in a continuous improvement cycle. We simply never stop tweaking, refining, and making things better.
- He is scheduling some training for our customers this week.
- This week, he’s also working on the LTL budget and taxes.
- Bobby is continuing the process of handing out our new/leaving employee laminated cards to the stakeholder for each of our customers. It makes onboarding or off-boarding an employee perfectly simple.
- Chaden is working on some work-from-home items for our customers—ensuring they can manage all of their responsibilities with no frustrations!
- He’s managing tickets as they come in to confirm our users get a good response AND resolution time.
- Also, Chaden is working on new user setups as many of our customers are still hiring and adding on to their current staff.
Welcome to a new week! The LTL train is chugging along. Solving customer IT issues, creating top-of-the-line IT environments for our customers, and all-around getting sh*t done. Let’s do this!
