Bobby is building our Service Delivery Calendar for August. Also known as our SDC. It keeps us laser-focused on what needs to get done. Chadd is setting up a permanent video conference room for a client.
Service Delivery Calendar, Video Conference
- Caleb is setting up and shipping out a couple of laptops to remote users for one of our customers.
- He’s putting together two custom builds for another customer.
- Caleb is also working on procurement to help customers get the equipment and services that they need.
- He’s helping a customer with a conference room webcam set-up at the end of the week.
- Chadd is fixing the time and accounting system for a business.
- He’s also setting up a permanent video conference room.
- Chaden is working on closing tickets and ensuring our customers get the best support.
- Bobby is handing out laminated cards to all customers for instructions on new or leaving employees. New and leaving employees is often not a smooth process in regards to IT. The card tells our customers exactly when and what info we need and how to get it to us so that the process is smooth like butter.
- He is also working on a solid weekly ticket count formula. Doing this because it will ensure our customers’ IT requests are getting done quickly and not sitting left to rot and stink like a dead fish.
- And, he is building our Service Delivery Calendar for August. Also known as our SDC. It keeps us laser-focused on what needs to get done.
- Ryan is migrating a customer from on-prem equipment to hosted hardware in a secure datacenter.
- Wrapping up a couple of phone projects.
- And, he’s doing a client training on the advantages of a resource calendar in Outlook to help organize meeting resources.
We are focused on customer service and, frankly, it shows. The feedback we are getting from our customers puts us on Cloud 9. Our goal is to completely change how IT service is delivered. We are setting the bar high and people are starting to notice. Another great week underway at LTL!
