Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Chaden is working on keeping our ticket count low to maintain our theme song: Saved By Zero. When tickets are solved quickly, customers are happy—which makes us happy. Bobby and Caleb are working on ordering new hardware to keep customers running efficiently. Yes, we do all your IT procurement as part of our monthly service.
Saved By Zero
- Chaden is creating a vacation calendar so that one of our law firms is completely in-sync without having to worry about the dreaded “Time Off” email chains.
- He’s also working on getting tickets closed in a fast and efficient manner—maintaining our theme song “Saved By Zero”.
- Caleb is working on customer procurement and focusing on dispatch to get out average first response time back below 30 minutes.
- He’s going on-site this week to help a user install equipment in their new home.
- He’ll also be on-site at a client with Bobby to assess conference room webcam needs.
- Bobby is working on customer procurement this week with Caleb. We work hard to keep our customers’ hardware “FRESH”. Sometimes we have to tell our customers they need to “Let it go” and spend a little bit of money. Old hardware can be a big loss to the bottom line with employee frustration, loss of work and data, and being inefficient.
- Bobby is also working on getting ready for a new employee training group. We do all the leg work on the IT side for a new training group, so our customers can focus on hiring the best.
- For fun this week, he is going to plan our LTL Summer Party. We are going to be dancing on the ceilings.
- This week, Chadd is building out networking in a new office for a customer.
