Bobby and Andrea are working on expanding our IT Services to the Salt Lake City area this week. Chadd is planning an emergency cloud migration for a customer who has chosen to go fully remote long term.
- Bobby and Andrea are traveling to Twin Falls to take care of one of our amazing customers.
- We will also be working on Sales in Salt Lake City this week.
- Bobby is also attending an ABR (Annual Business Review) with another one of our amazing customers on Friday. We do QBR’s and ABR’s with our customers to make sure we are planning way ahead for the IT needs of the organization. This is an invaluable service we provide as part of our Premium IT Service Package.
- After enjoying some time away, Chaden is back in action and ready to get tickets taken care of.
- Caleb is prepping machines for various customers.
- He’ll also be working on and keeping a close eye on procurement this week as shipments come in.
- He’s working the service desk with Chaden to get our ticket count as low as possible by the end of the week.
- Chadd is planning an emergency cloud migration for a customer who has made the decision to go fully remote long term.
- He’ll also be fixing an Internet outage.
