So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
Salt Lake City Email Migration & Dark Web Monitoring
- Ryan will be in SLC this week completing an email migration for a client. While he’s there, he will also be performing some network upgrades and training the staff on how to use their new productivity tools.
- We’re implementing dark web monitoring for all clients’ email addresses as part of our monthly services. This will help notify us if a client has fallen for a phishing attempt and has jeopardized their credentials.
- Chaden is working on users’ disk space thanks to the handy alerts Ryan set up. This allows us to stay one step ahead so that problems don’t arise in the near future due to low disk space.
- As always, Chaden will be answering phones so that our customers have a warm, friendly voice to respond to IT issues.
- Bobby is working with a new customer to plan Onboarding. This will add to our long list of excellent customers. We have amazing customers!
- Bobby is also meeting with a new client today that recently signed up for our Premium IT Services. He is meeting with them to go over the extensive Onboarding calendar and review the process.
- We’re working on procurement for customers. Buying software and hardware has become a hassle and we continue to take this off our customers’ to-do list.
- This week will be deploying a new internet service for a customer.
- Chadd is tracking down missing encrypted emails a user is not receiving.
- The team is auditing security settings in cloud services for customers.
Another great week is well underway here at Limetree Labs. Keep an eye out for a new announcement coming soon!
