Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week, Ryan is rolling out internal network and server upgrades to help with our hosted services like backup and private cloud. Chadd is fixing a home network for an attorney that will be permanently working from home, as more and more of our customers are doing.
Private Cloud, Home Network
- This week, Chaden will be working on setting up new users for a couple of our customers, off-boarding some users, and focusing on tickets. Because we hit 0 tickets Friday, we will be able to respond to and help our customers faster! 😎
- Ryan is rolling out internal network and server upgrades to help with our hosted services like backup and private cloud.
- Caleb is helping with on-site machine setups and working on customer procurement.
- Bobby is working on getting more gift boxes out this week to customers employees, working on 2020 taxes, and will also be working on current service delivery for all our customers. We also need to bring in some new customers this year to the Limetree Labs Experience so he is working on sales this week as well.
- Seth is starting full-time this week, which will allow him to have more control of Service Delivery. Working to streamline ticket management, as well as monitoring PC set-ups and onsite visits this week.
- Chadd is fixing a home network for an attorney that will be permanently working from home. More and more of our customers are doing so.
We’re starting a new month at zero tickets for our customers. February: let’s do this!
