This week Chadd tackled a long-term printer problem for one of our customers. The initial set-up was done poorly and users were wasting hours of time each month going through an arduous process. Printer Problem Resolved & Cloud Migrations
- Helping customers select and order the right hardware and software.
- Finalizing 2020 company goals.
- Chadd fixed a tricky printing problem for a customer which will save each user at least 5 hours a month.
- Walked a customer through the set-up of a new room to design for IT infrastructure. Partnered with a 3rd party vendor for cabling.
- Ryan is working on two cloud migrations this week.
- Working on automation so that we can respond to monitoring alerts more quickly and behind the scenes so customers are not impacted.
- Securely wiping hard drives to re-image some machines.
- Chaden is recovering data from a user’s home computer that kicked the bucket.
