Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Chadd is helping a customer set up a company-wide password management program and password policy. Bobby has a welcome call with one of our amazing customers.
Password Management, Welcome Call
- After a week of hitting 0 service desk tickets, Chaden will be mentally preparing and focusing on hitting 0 service desk so that we can have a month of hitting 0 tickets by the end of each week. 😎
- Caleb is helping one of our customers make sure they have everything they need for their upcoming training class this week. He’s also working on procurement and machine setups.
- Bobby will be leading the weekly All Hands meeting. It”s so important because we identify priorities and planning for the week. This helps us give our customers the very best IT Service. - Bobby has a welcome call with one of our amazing customers. It is a welcome call with a group of new employees–a training group. Yes-–we do that. Why? Bobby says, “First, all the other IT companies I have worked for would never do it and so I always think about what would they do and I DO THE OPPOSITE. It works perfectly. Second, we love to meet them and introduce ourselves because it makes it easier to connect when they need our help in the future. Third, it helps our customer to make sure LTL gets the calls and ticket for help and that it does not go through managers or trainers first but to us. Frankly, we will do just about anything for our customers. It is going to be an amazing week.”
- Seth has a Lime and Learn with one of our newer customers on Thursday. Chadd will be informing them about best security practices. Seth will continue to work on scheduling, dispatching, and ticket management.
- Chadd is helping a customer set up a company-wide password management program and password policy. This will help ensure no one in their organization uses poor password habits and get them hacked. He is also building a new user onboarding checklist for a customer. Since new user setups are a commonly botched IT job, we use a detailed checklist of steps to make sure new employees hit the ground running.
- Ryan is following up with a client to complete their migration to O365 from this weekend. He is deploying new backup storage for a client, and building compliance and security policy for another client’s Intune environment.
