Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Bobby is working on onboarding one of our new customers. Next week, he’ll lead an All Hands Onboarding Completed Meeting. Just another way we Keep IT Fresh! This week, Ryan is scoping and expanding our offsite backup environment for our customers’ data.
Onboarding Completed Meeting, Offsite Backups
- Chadd is working with a printer vendor to setup ‘Scan to Sharepoint service’ on a customer’s printers.
- He’s finishing a security review for a customer this week.
- Bobby is working on our procurement process to make it even better.
- He’s also working on onboarding one of our new customers. We will finish deploying our agents, complete the IT Survey and Documentation, and work towards the service cutover. Next week, we will wrap up the onboarding with our IT Health Audit and the All Hands Onboarding Completed Meeting. The most important point to cover in the All Hands Onboarding Completed Meeting is “How to Squeeze the Lime“. From there, the LTL Service Desk is Live. We will then meet with the stakeholders of this new customer and review the IT Health Audit. We call this the IT Health Audit Findings Meeting. Whew—and that is the shortened version. When we take on a new customer the onboarding takes a ton of time and is comprehensive. We do not miss a thing! And it’s how we Keep IT Fresh.
- Ryan is continuing to work on multiple projects that involve moving clients to the cloud.
- He is scoping and expanding our offsite backup environment for our customers’ data.
- This week, he’ll be upgrading a client’s firewall and internet for improved speed and reliability.
- Caleb is setting up a TV so that one of our firms can do Zoom Trials more efficiently.
- Chaden is working with 3rd-party vendors to help resolve some previous IT blunders caused by old IT providers.
- And of course—closing tickets!
We hope you got some Rest & Relaxation this past long weekend. We are ready to tackle a new week. Cheers!
