Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. So many new things! I’m back with The Lime Report after a 3-month hiatus. On October 10th, Bobby and I (Andrea) welcomed a sweet baby girl to the world. 💕 This month we are training our new Service Manager, Seth Wilson. We’re live with new IT management tools and ready for a new year!
- Bobby is training our new Service Manager, Seth Wilson. He is a military vet with a ton of leadership training and qualities. LTL is excited to have him on board. He also spent some time in tech which helped bring him to us.
- Bobby is also working on continuing to implement our new IT management software.
- He’s also making plans for 2021 and hoping for a bunch of fun Lime & Learns with all of our customers.
- Chaden is working on software installs, software training with some of our customers.
- And, of course, he’ll be closing tickets as they come in so that we can keep our customers happy and working!
- LTL is live with our new tools! Ryan is working to automate maintenance and be more proactive in our monitoring practices. This also allows us to integrate more tools to help with resolution time.
- This week Caleb will be installing new machines onsite with Chadd.
- He’ll also be prepping new machines for another customer and taking care of any procurement needs that may come up for our customers.
- Chadd is deploying a new cloud printing solution for a Veterinary office.
- He’s setting up 8 new machines for a customer who took advantage of end-of-the-year purchasing.
- He’ll also be setting up a new iPad for an attorney to be able to work remotely from.
We are excited about the New Year and ready to serve our customers at an even higher level. Let’s do this 2021!
