Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Bobby is working in Salt Lake City this week on new leads and meeting with our team. We have a new Salt Lake City tech coming on board the Limetrain. Chaden is cleaning up malware that was sent to our customers from a hacked court reporter.
New Salt Lake City Tech, Hacked Court Reporter
- Chadd is finishing a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance review for a customer this week.
- He is completing a HIPAA compliance for another customer.
- Chaden is cleaning up malware that was sent to our customers from a hacked court reporter.
- He’ll be taking care of tickets as they come in and keeping the count low.
- He’ll also be finishing setting up a new Zoom account for one of our users so that they can plan Zoom meetings without stepping on each others’ toes.
- Caleb is doing user PC setups and more user PC setups for our customers.
- He’ll be mailing lots of equipment to users and catching up on procurement.
- Ryan will be working on projects this week as well as meeting with a client to assist with their office move.
- Bobby is working in Salt Lake City this week on new leads and meeting with our team. We have a new employee coming on board the Limetrain in SLC.
- He’s meeting with a customer to help plan out their office move and YES—we do that! It’s just part of our Premium Service Plan.
- Also, LTL is making a video this week to show remote employees how to set up and tear down the IT and office equipment we send them. This will be a huge help to our customer (the Company) and the new employee (user). We like to have creative solutions to Keeping IT Fresh and always making it better. Continuously improving like being in a lab.
Another exciting week is already underway. We are solving customer tech issues left and right, coming up with solutions, and making people happy.
