Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Chadd is doing all of the technical work to help one of our clients change their organization name. Everything from a new URL to new email addresses. He’s making sure the change goes smoothly from a technical standpoint. Bobby is working with Seth, our new Service Manager, to set up the year for success.
New Organization Name, Service Excellence Plans
- Chaden is working with vendors to help get rid of frustration for our largest customer as they have a very “not fresh” vendor that they are trying to work with, closing tickets, setting up some more new users!
- Chadd is helping a company do an organization rename.
- Caleb is doing more machine setups this week. He’ll be deploying machines on site this week at various locations. He has machines to ship and working on retrieving some equipment from one of our customer’s former employees in Alabama. Will also be working on procurement, helping our customers get whatever they need.
- Bobby is working with Seth, our new Service Manager, this week to set up our recurring visits for the year. We also have a new Software Management Tool so we are setting up all the reporting for our metrics. Our SSL (Standard Service Level) is set each week. This is the number of tickets we want in the queue at the end of the week. The SSL allows us to keep our jobs. But we also set an SSE Target each week. SSE is Standard of Service Excellence. This is the whole team giving just a bit of extra effort to get our ticket queue down even lower and sometimes we get to Zero.
Finishing out our planning for the year this week. We are ready to roll. Surprising our customers with our level of service every day. Let’s gooooo!
