Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week, Ryan is doing an emergency network change for a client. Bobby is putting together a Service Delivery Calendar for July.
- Chadd is presenting a phishing awareness training for a customer.
- Caleb is working on procurement for an upcoming training class for one of our customers.
- He’ll also be prepping machines for new customers.
- This week, Bobby is working on procurement requests and orders for customers.
- He’s also putting together a ticket count bonus plan (Woot, woot—we work hard to keep our tickets low and reach to get to zero. Saved By Zero—remember that amazing 80’s song?)
- Bobby is putting together a Service Delivery Calendar for July. We have a master calendar that brings our whole team together so that no balls get dropped.
- He is also working to help set up a new customer with the services and vendors they need.
- Chaden is working tickets! Putting all his time and attention to customers so that we can keep them up and running with little to no frustrations. He was able to work with a vendor and get a fix from them for a large issue that the vendor had no idea existed. After working with the vendor for a couple of weeks, we were able to get updated software and they were thankful for us bringing it to their attention as was our customer. Now their software behaves normally and as it should.
- Ryan is doing an emergency network change for a client who has to be out of their building ASAP.
- He is continuing to build up a brand new environment for a new local start-up.
- He is deploying advanced security tools for a healthcare client.
- And, he’ll continue on a number of phone system projects to help with their remote-readiness plans.
