Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week we are deploying a multi-factor authentication system for a customer. Additionally, Chadd is creating a new Lime & Learn training for our customers: Home Cybersecurity.

- He’ll also be following up on a Phishing Awareness training
- This week Chadd will be creating training for our customers on home cybersecurity
- Caleb will be answering calls and creating tickets to free up time for Chadd and Chaden to work on tickets
- He’ll also be taking care of new PC setups and manning the office for any customers who need to pick up or drop off machines
- Ryan is doing an install of network equipment at a client site (After-hours and stocked with Lysol and wipes to abide by COVID requirements)
- Ryan will also be rolling out Veeam 10 updates to all clients and fine-tuning customer backup policies
Another big week ahead! We are energized by serving our customers and serving them well. Having our team work from home has been an interesting experiment. There are certainly upsides and downsides to being a remote team. We do miss seeing our customers in person and look forward to the day when we can see you again. Stay safe and healthy.
