Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Bobby is working on bringing on two new Limetree Labs customers. Chadd is responding to a Microsoft License Audit.
- Chaden will be taking care of our customers in a time-effective manner and ensuring they don’t need any extra assistance.
- Caleb will be refreshing machines and delivering equipment to customers.
- This week Bobby is working on two new ITSAs—what is an ITSA? IT Service Agreement. This lays out some general guidelines and deliverables between LTL and our customers. The cool thing is that it is not a contract. Unlike the rest of our industry, we have to prove our worth each and every month to our customers. So, two new customers soon.
- Bobby is also working on planning our Limetree Labs’ summer company retreat. It’s going to be awesome.
- Chadd is helping a customer upgrade their accounting software.
- He’s also helping another customer to upgrade their timekeeping software.
- He will be responding to a Microsoft License Audit.
- Ryan wrapped up two new phone implementations.
- He’s putting together training material for users moving their file services to SharePoint.
- And, upgrading hardware in our datacenter space to accommodate hosting some client services.
The Truth
I have to admit, it feels odd giving an update on how we are serving and supporting our clients this week. My heart is heavy with the events of this past week. I stand with our black brothers and sisters.
No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
