Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. We have a Lime & Learn this week with one of our customers and will be setting up the content and planning. Bobby is working on our SDC+ which stands for Service Delivery Calendar Plus! This calendar helps keep the Limetrain on the Tracks.
Lime & Learn, Service Delivery Calendar Plus
- Ryan is continuing to push projects forward. Completing a phone project this week to help a customer move to a hosted VOIP solution.
- He’s also helping a customer build custom reports from their point-of-sale SQL database to build their online e-commerce site.
- Chaden is working with new users, making sure that they are good to go and taken care of!
- He is also working on Service Desk and helping get us to 0 tickets. Saved by Zero!
- Caleb is working on new PC setups for customers and ensuring they get their new equipment in a timely manner.
- He’s placing orders for new equipment and sending out estimates.
- Chadd is finishing a network health audit for a customer and doing another health audit for a potential customer.
- Bobby is working on ticket review for all of our customers.

We are tackling a new week! The team has been knocking out tickets and taking care of customers like nobody’s business. We hit zero tickets again last week! The Escalation Ladder of Doom is doomed here at Limetree Labs. We don’t collect tickets and snuggle into them at night. We destroy them! Ok everyone—have a fantastic week!
