IT Security Package, Employee Onboarding
So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
- Every Monday, we meet as a team to cover Service Delivery and all customer needs.
- Bobby is working on a process for employee onboarding and offboarding. It is going to be awesome! Every stakeholder at each of our customers will have an easy process for new employees or for an employee that is leaving the company.
- He’s also working on the LTL budget update for 2020 and looking to 2021.
- Chaden will be working on reaching out to customers within the first 60 minutes of them submitting a ticket. This is to ensure they are receiving the quality IT service that they deserve.
- He will also be working on making sure that our customers’ new employees are set up and ready to go this week!
- This week, Caleb will primarily be focusing on dispatch: assigning tickets in a timely manner and creating tickets from phone calls as they come in.
- Ryan will be continuing down the road of phone projects. Yes, there were a lot of phone projects this month!
- He’ll also be discussing and planning a client’s internet and phone strategy to help lower costs and improve functionality.
- This week Chadd is finalizing a custom IT security package for a customer.
- He’ll be installing new UPS and power distribution equipment.
- And, finally, Chadd will be holding internal security training.
- Andrea will be shooting some clips for our new video talking all about why Limetree Labs is different.
- She’ll also be finalizing some designs for our new website.
Another great week is underway! Hopefully, you have some plans for downtime with the upcoming long weekend. Take some time to rest and recharge. After everything our world has been through, some R&R is much needed. We have the best customers and are grateful for each and every one of you.
