Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Bobby is working on IT Projects this week. He’s preparing quotes and setting up meeting times with each separate customers’ stakeholder. Ryan is putting project plans together for a customer to move away from GoDaddy’s O365 services and to their own Microsoft tenant.
IT Projects, Microsoft
- Chaden and his wife welcomed a baby boy this weekend! He will be away from the Service Desk, but everyone is jumping in to make sure tickets are solved this week.
- Caleb will be helping with the Service Desk this week. He’s also working on procurement and scheduling some machine refreshes and equipment installation.
- Ryan is assisting in Service Desk coverage. He’s putting project plans together for a fairly large customer to move away from GoDaddy’s O365 services and to their own Microsoft tenant. Continuing to demo new tools to help centralize the management of our customers’ cloud environments.
- Bobby is working on IT Projects this week. He’s preparing quotes and setting up meeting times with each separate customers’ stakeholder. Get approval, and then Rock ‘n Roll on the Project.
- We have our Weekly All Hands Meeting or WAHM (pronounced ‘wham’). This is an awesome meeting because we set the tone, priorities, and targets for the week. So often (almost always) our competitors think IT Service is only about tech…so sad. We set the tone because we have empathy for our customers’ IT issues and Extreme ownership of our customers’ IT is a mindset, not ones and zeroes.
- Sales meeting this week with Toby Thacker. We are working to build our Utah presence. We may be in Oregon soon as well—stay tuned. It is going to be an awesome week full of Sales and Operations.
- Seth is scheduling Onsite visits for next week and continues to manage tickets and their due dates. With Chaden out, he will assist the Service Desk.
- Chadd is getting Internet Provider quotes for a customer who has been suffering from a terrible connection for too long. He is holding a software vendor accountable for broken promises. And reuniting a user with their long-lost data.
The week is well underway and we are keeping IT tickets at bay so that our customers can work without interruption. Cheers!
