This week Chadd is assisting a law firm that has to appear before the Idaho Supreme Court via Zoom meeting. Bobby will be a guest speaker for a business/tech class at Boise State University.

So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
- Chaden and Caleb will be working on making sure all of our users’ computers have been updated to the newest Windows version—this will allow our users to have greater reliability and security.
- Chaden will also be making sure users are able to continue working from home with little to no interruption.
- This week Caleb will continue to cover phones so Chaden and Chadd can focus on solving tickets for customers.
- He will also be setting up machines for new employees as well as manning the office for anyone who needs to drop off or pick up machines or equipment.
- Bobby will be sending out gift boxes to a new customer.
- He is also a guest speaker for a business/tech class at Boise State University.
- Continuing to order and manage procurement for our customers through the obstacles COVID-19 has created, Bobby will also be reaching out to customers to see how they are doing with the shift of employees working from home.
- Lastly, he will be saying some prayers for everyone’s safety and health and for things to get back to normal.
- Chadd is assisting a law firm that has to appear before the Idaho Supreme Court via Zoom meeting.
- He will also be finishing our Onboarding checklist for a new customer.
- Ryan is pushing Zoom updates to a client to patch security flaws.
- He’ll also be assisting in wrapping up onboarding our latest client.
