Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. We’re taking the Extreme Ownership approach for a new customer this week. We take care of everything from setting up IT infrastructure to ordering hardware to scheduling cabling and printer vendors. We want to be a true partner for you and your business.
- This week Bobby is working on onboarding our new customer—woo hoo! We have an amazing new customer. We are helping them get set up with everything—IT equipment, IT infrastructure and network, software, phones, copiers, printing, and digital fax service. It is just part of our service to get everything set up and rolling. We take the Extreme Ownership approach to our customers’ IT environment.
- He is also working on ticket review this week and project planning.
- Chadd is updating HIPAA encryption rules for an email host.
- He’s also helping a customer work with a new Line of Business software vendor.
- Ryan is continuing with some ongoing phone and migration projects.
- He’ll be focusing on laying the groundwork for a new customer—building their infrastructure from scratch.
- Last week, Andrea got the opportunity to capture some footage at some of our customer’s offices. Big thank you to Kevin for yelling “Action!” to help Chadd know his cue.
- This week she is editing the footage for our new video, “Why Limetree Labs is Different”. We can’t wait to share!
