Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week Bobby is meeting with three potential new Limetree customers. Ryan is deploying a local instance of a customers’ cloud-hosted document library to provide redundancy for important data.
Cloud-Hosted Document Library, New Customers
So, what’s your favorite Idaho & Utah IT services company up to this week?
- Bobby will be tracking and prepping for our yearly goals review at our Monday Meeting next week
- He’ll also be meeting with and working with three potential new customers
- He will be following up on some gift boxes we sent out
- Sending out invoices this week to our amazing customers
- This week Ryan is focusing on deploying a local instance of a customers’ cloud-hosted document library to help provide redundancy and a secondary location for their important data
- He’ll be getting back into project mode as customers anticipate getting back to their offices in the next couple weeks and we can resume making improvements to our clients’ infrastructure
- Caleb will continue to cover phones and man the office.
- He’s working on refreshing machines as they come in and waiting on needed information to finish setting up machines for new users.
- He will also be working on customer inventory as shipments come in and out of the office
- Chaden is focusing on updating our user count lists so that we can accurately represent and make sure we are not overbilling our users
- He’ll also be taking on tickets and making sure that tickets are not staying in our queue too long
We made it through another week of the Stay-at-Home Order and are hopeful to return to the office at the end of this month. A massive thank you to all of our customers who have worked with us in this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We’re in this together.
