Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. Chadd is helping a customer implement a new cloud-based printing solution. Ryan is putting together our process for monitoring our clients’ network equipment outside of just servers and computers.
Cloud-Based Printing, Network
- Chaden is working on some new user setups for our still-growing law firms, closing tickets, and doing training with Chadd to learn more about how to simplify our customers’ lives from the server-side.
- Chadd is helping a customer move their phones to a new VOIP based solution. He’s also helping a customer implement a new cloud-based printing solution.
- Ryan is putting together our process for monitoring our clients’ network equipment outside of just servers and computers. Also, configuring a client’s autopilot for automated PC setup and defining customers’ new patching schedules using our new management tools.
- Seth is scheduling and attending DOIT visits with Chadd, so he can introduce himself to the customers. He’ll continue to get set-up with the Autotask IT management software.
- Caleb is going to focus on prepping and installing new machines for users. Also, have a few warranties in the works. Will also be working procurement, helping our customers get the equipment they need.
