Welcome to this week’s edition of The Lime Report. We’re sharing some highlights at Limetree Labs where we are always working to keep IT fresh. This week, Ryan is working on customer IT environment audits. Every month we audit customer endpoints, patching, backups, etc. to ensure licensing and counts are correct. This helps ensure our billing remains accurate for our clients and vendors. Bobby is setting our SSE (Standard of Service Excellence) for the week. This is what we aim for so we can know we are the best, have the pride of what we do, and it makes our customers Super Happy.
Audit Week, Service Excellence
- Chaden is working on hitting our standards of excellence goal this week by closing tickets in a reasonable timeframe.
- Bobby is working on our ticket flow and to make sure we do not have any overdue tickets. We keep our tickets Fresh.
- He is working on procurement for a customer that is expanding and adding more employees—woo hoo, we love when our customers grow.
- And of course, as we do each week, Bobby set our SSL goal and SSE goal. The SSL stands for Standard Service Level, this is what we need to do for all of us to keep our jobs and keep our customers happy. SSE is Standard of Service Excellence. This is what we aim for so we can know we are the best, have the pride of what we do, and it makes our customers Super Happy.
- Audit week for Ryan. Every month we audit customer endpoints, patching, backups, etc to ensure licensing and counts are correct. This helps ensure our billing remains accurate for our clients and vendors.
- He’s also finishing up a VOIP transition and AD (active directory) cleanup to finish out a client’s server project.
- Caleb is working on PC procurement and setups while focusing on helping Chaden and Bobby with service desk tickets to help free up DOIT (Director of IT) time for Chadd and Ryan.
- Chadd is hot and heavy working on DOIT tickets and requests. Our DOIT role keeps our customers’ IT Environment running efficient and smooth like butter.
